Plans refer to the various weapon and tool plans that are dropped in the items game. They may be used to create hammers, chisels, weapons of their corresponding type. All of these plans require the holder to posess a corresponding blacksmithing medal in order to use them, making them useless to all but the dedicated few who hold badges.
